The names of successful candidates for college scholarship to be awarded by the newly-formed Shapiro Foundation will be announced soon, according to Secretary Harry S. Albert.
The Shapiro Foundation was incorporated by two New Yorkers, Max J. and Benjamin Shapiro, brothers, to give college educations to deserving youths who cannot afford one.
