Shaukat Ali, the Indian Moslem leader, who was in Palestine a few months ago, at the time of the burial of his brother, Mohamed Ali, and went about the country conducting an anti-Zionist campaign, arrived here again this morning, having broken for the purpose at Cairo his journey from India to London to attend the Indian Round Table Conference.
He was welcomed at the station by a number of Arab notables. After staying in Palestine for about a week, Mr.Shaukat Ali will go back to Cairo on September 6th., to sail from Fort Said to London on board the “Rajputana”, on which Mr. Ghandi is also travelling.
In London Mr. Shaukat Ali is to be the chief speaker at an “Anglo-Moslem demonstration” at the Albert Hall on November 2nd., the anniversary of the Balfour Declaration.
