Norma Shearer and Charles Laughton will have leading roles in Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer’s film version of “The Barretts of Wimpole Street,” under direction of Sidney Franklin. Production will begin as soon as Miss Shearer finishes work in “Riptide.”
