Mrs. Yaneili, called as defense witness, testified that Stavsky came to her home in Jerusalem on June 16 at five P. M. and asked for her husband.
Other witnesses confirmed Achimeir’s claim that he had been in Jerusalem on the fatal evening as late as 7:15 P. M.
