The West Coast Golden Jubilee Conference of the Israel Histadrut Campaign has voted $1 million to be split evenly between the regular campaign and the American Histadrut Development Foundation, it was announced here today by John 1. Marder, chairman and Jack Kahan, board chairman. The allocation was made at a banquet attended by 2000 guests. Ambassador Moshe Leshem of Israel’s United Nations Mission was guest speaker.
