Negotiations for the formation of a new Zionist executive headed by Dr. Weizmann have apparently failed. it was learned late tonight.
Dr. Moshe Sneh is now attempting to bring together Dr. Abba Hillel Silver and David Ben Gurion to form a new executive which would not include Dr. Weizmann.
