Dr. Abba Hillel Silver, national chairman of the United Palestine Appeal and the United Jewish Appeal left today on the Queen Mary to confer in England, France and Switzerland with leaders of the Jewish Agency for Palestine on methods of facilitating the immigration of refugees into Palestine.
