Sir Herbert Samuel, former leader of the Independent Liberals, will return to active politics on May 27 when he will address a public meeting on the topic of world economic restoration through freer trade, it was stated here today. Sir Herbert, who was defeated for Parliament at the last general elections, was first High Commissioner for Palestine.
