The centre of anxious interest in Germany and elsewhere has shifted to the Parliamentary election in Prussia, the “Daily Telegraph” writes in an editorial to-day, and there is at least a possibility that the returns to the Prussian Diet may produce a situation that would go far to counteract the effect of last Sunday’s presidential vote.
