Six or seven of the European Union’s 15 members want to rethink the sanctions imposed earlier this year on Austria, France’s foreign minister told The New York Times. Spain, Italy, Ireland and Denmark are among the nations reportedly thinking of lifting the sanctions, which were imposed because of the inclusion of the far-right Freedom Party in Austria’s government.
