Nachum Sokolow, Chairman of the Executive of the World Zionist Organization, was received today by King Ferdinand. Following his audience with the King, Mr. Sokolow was presented to Queen Marie. He lunched with the royal family and suite. After luncheon the King conversed with the Zionist leader for over two hours, inquiring about the rebuilding work in Palestine and the situation of the Zionist movement in general.
The King and Queen were greatly interested in the conversation and showed a very cordial and sympathetic attitude toward the problem.
Mr. Sokolow was also received by the Crown Prince.
