Some 500 Jews in Moscow celebrated a new Torah scroll and the dedication of a new Chabad educational facility. Participants in Sunday’s procession included some 150 Chabad rabbis from Russia, the former Soviet Union and Western Europe, who converged on Moscow this week for a rabbinical convention organized by the Rabbinical Center of Europe, an organization of Chabad emissaries.
