Some of the Hezbollah gunmen who recently abducted three Israeli soldiers from Israel into Lebanon were wearing U.N. peacekeepers’ uniforms, according to an Israeli army inquiry. The panel also found that Israeli troops had been slow to respond to the Oct. 7 kidnappings.
