Folk music of many nations will be presented by the Yiddish Culture Society Chorus at City College auditorium, Twenty-third street and Lexington avenue, on Saturday evening. Among the songs, many of which were specially translated into Yiddish for the concert, will be examples from Russian, Czechoslovakian, Polish, Japanese, Ukrainian, Arabian and Negro folk art. Gdal Saleski, cellist, will be the assisting artist, and Bella Shumiatcher will accompany at the piano. The program has been arranged by Lazar Weiner.
