A regional conference of the Jewish National Fund of South Africa, meeting here, has resolved to raise 250,000 pounds ($700,000) specifically for the Huleh reclamation project in Israel.
A report presented to the parley stated that one in every three people now in Israel has received land from the JNF. It was also stated that the 100,000 member Jewish community of South Africa has contributed 1,500 settlers to Israel.
