The congratulations of the South African Government and of Prime Minister Daniel F. Malan on Israel’s fifth anniversary were presented to Israel Minister C. Hyman at a reception he tendered at his residence in Praetoria to mark Israel Independence Day. The greetings were tendered by South African Minister of Lands J. G. Strydom.
