South African Finance Minister Owen Horwood will visit Israel in December to discuss economic cooperation with Israel, a Foreign Ministry spokesman announced here. He will meet with Israeli Finance Minister Yigal Hurwitz and Deputy Premier Simcha Ehrlich, who as Finance Minister visited South Africa in 1973. The two countries recently signed an agreement in which South Africa will supply coal for an Israeli power plant being built on the Mediterranean coast.
