Soviet authorities in Rumania today granted an entry permit to David Ben Gurion, chairman of the executive of the Jewish Agency, who is now en route from Palestine to Paris. He will participate in the conference of the Rumanian Zionist Federation which will be held here next month.
The Rumanian Government has announced the restoration of all rights and titles to Jacob Rosenthal, formerly in the Rumanian diplomatic service in Washington, who is now in the United States. Mr. Rosenthal was dismissed in 1938 when the anti-Semitic Goga regime came to power.
