A delegation of intellectuals who took part in a conference last weekend on the situation of Soviet Jewry was rebuffed today when members sought a meeting with the Soviet Ambassador to Brazil.
The delegation had wanted to present to the envoy the resolutions adopted at the conference, attended by 50 intellectuals from 12 Latin American countries. The resolutions urged the Soviet Government to grant full rights to Russian Jewry. After the envoy refused to see the delegation, the resolutions were sent to him by mail.
