Dina Zlotver, a Soviet Jewish activist who had petitioned Soviet authorities to emigrate to Israel with her husband since December, 1974, to rejoin her son and daughter, died of cancer in her hometown of Sverdlovsk, according to information reaching the National Conference on Soviet Jewry. Soviet authorities have not indicated if her husband will be allowed to emigrate.
