The government of Soviet Russia has apparently declared an embargo on Jewish religious articles coming from Palestine, according to evidence accumulating in the Palestine post offices.
A number of Jewish residents of Palestine sent Esrogim and Lulovim (citrons, willow bough and myrtle) for the Feast of the Tabernacles, to their relatives in Russia. The Russian postal authorities returned these packages.
