Jewish emigrants who arrived in this city yesterday from the Ukraine, said that the Soviet secret police agents at the border deprived them of all their money. They also charged that in the search for money, the women of the party were undressed and roughly treated. All their jewelry, except wedding rings, was taken. The emigrants say that there is another large party of Jews waiting in Moscow for visas before they can leave.
