Mr. Ochberg advises relatives and friends to send money and clothing, particularly the latter. Because the Soviets hope children remaining in Russia will grow up as supporters of Communism, Mr. Ochberg states the authorities refused to allow him to transport a number of Jewish orphans to South Africa.
