Speaking over Station WOR in connection with the campaign of the Council of Jewish Organizations on Palestine to raise $40,000 to settle German Jewish children in Palestine, Judge Benjamin E. Greenspan explained the plight of Jewish children in Germany and the opportunities for settling them in Palestine. “In no other country in the world are children cared for and trained as scientifically and thoroughly as in Palestine,” he said.
Announcement was made of a concert to be given by the Council in honor of Professor Albert Einstein at Carnegie Hall on April 1.
