A special committee for a “Kol Nidre Appeal” in behalf of Israel causes has been organized in Britain in response to a special appeal from Chief Rabbi Isaac Herzog. During the High Holy Days worshipers in virtually all synagogues throughout the country will be asked to fill out cards pledging contributions to the appeal.
