Max Fisch, owner of a novelty and toy shop at 123 Ludlow street, will be tried in Special Sessions Court today on a charge of violating the recently enacted Wald Act, which makes it a misdemeanor to sell goods with the label of origin obliterated.
The case is of special interest because it is the first of its kind to be tried in Special Sessions
