The division of the British Colonial Office into two ministries, one to deal exclusively with the Dominions, the other with colonies, will not affect the position of Palestine, the correspondent of the Jewish Telegraphis Agency learns, as that country will remain under the administration of the Colonial Office.

While J. H. Thomas, now minister of employment in the Labor government, will head the Ministry of Dominions, the Colonial Office will remain as hitherto under Lord Passfield until Vernon Hartshorn is relieved of his duties as a member of the Simon Commission for India.
