Sporadic firing from the Nuqeib village, the demilitarized zone on the Israeli-Syrian frontier, was reported here today. Apparently Syrian irregulars, entrenched in the village, became alarmed over the large number of cars proceeding to Ein Gev where a musical festival is in progress during Passover week. Otherwise complete calm is reported throughout the entire area.
