A clothing store where no money is required if one is in dire need has been established by the Springfield Council of Jewish Women. Old clothing in good condition, contributed by members of the council and interested persons in the community, is rehabilitated and arranged in the council shop located in the same building as the Springfield Jewish Social Service bureau.
Needy persons recommended by the bureau make their selections from “stock” each Tuesday morning. Mrs. Sayle Myler is general chairman of this project.
