A Federated Jewish Community Fund plan has been organized in St. Paul and the first campaign under its auspices will be launched early next Spring.
The plan was formed at a conference called by a committee of the Council of Jewish Social Agencies, headed by Rabbis Herman Cohen and Harry S. Margolis, and including in its membership J. B. Calmenson, Anthony Finberg, Milton Firestone, Dr. William Ginsberg, James Neiger, Joseph Supornick and George Kaplan.
