THE AMERICAN JEWISH CONGRESS HAS ISSUED AN APPEAL TO ALL JEWISH ORGANIZATIONS CONCERNED WITH EXPRESSING THEIR SOLIDARITY WITH POLISH JEWRY IN THE LATTER’S REFUSAL TO TAKE THEIR SEATS IN “GHETTO BENCHES” IN THE ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS OF THAT COUNTRY, TO MARK THE MONTH OF DEC. 15 TO JAN. 15 AS A “STAND-UP-MONTH.”
