The committee elected at a recent conference of representatives of the various Christian communities in Jerusalem to draft a memorandum against the Urban Property Ordinance has now, completed its work.
The committee has been charged with the task of approaching the Jewish and Moslem communities with a view to taking common action against the ordinance.

Adolph Wise, founder of the Jewish congregation of Harrisonburg, Va. and for 55 years leader of the Harrisonburg Jewish community, died in his eighty-eighth year. He was a veteran of the Civil War having fought with the Confederate army.
Municipal Court Justice Harold Kunstler was installed into the Second District Municipal Court by Justice ##ph Raimo on Friday. Justice Kunther was appointed to fill the unexpired term of Justice Henry Schimmel, who was recently elevated to the City Court bench.
