Israel Ambassador Abba Eban today paid a formal farewell call on Secretary of State Christian Herter. Tomorrow the State Department will tender a farewell luncheon for the Ambassador at Blair House, William Rountree, Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs, will act as host.
