Charging that the Columbians organization is "peddling hate and intolerance" and has a strong kinship to the Ku Klux Klan, the State of Georgia yesterday commenced legal proceedings to revoke the organization’s charter. A hearing has been set for Nov. 15.

Assistant Attorney General Daniel Duke at the same time secured an order from the court setting Nov. 25 as the day for opening arguments on demurrers in the State’s pending suit against the Ku Klux Klan.
