THE STATUE IS THE FIRST JEWISH MONUMENT IN PRAHA. THE WORK OF THE FAMOUS SCULPTOR FRANZISEK BILEK, IT WAS ACQUIRED BY THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND PRESENTED TO THE CITY.
