Minister of Interior Wilhelm Frick today decreed that all streets in Germany named after Jews must be redesignate immediately. The law affects 25 streets in Berlin, including Jerusalem and Meyer Beer streets, and also the Judengasse (Jews’ Street) and Judenplatz (Jews’ Place) of Vienna. The old street signs will be removed immediately and new ones put up.
