The National Council for Jewish Education, at its national conference here today, adopted a resolution calling for the organization of regional conferences in order to strengthen the NCJE’s work throughout the United States. Another resolution which was adopted provides for the implementation of a pension plan for NCJE members, who are the outstanding Jewish educators in the country.
Dr. David Rudavsky, executive director of the Jewish Education Association of Essex County, N. J., was elected president of the NCJE.
