Forty students and faculty members of the United States War College arrived in Israel today for a tour of the country as part of their Middle Eastern orientation course. The group includes Army, Navy and Air Force officers, eight government officials, and faculty members headed by the commandant of the War College, Lt. Gen. Thomas Harrold.
United States Embassy officials will brief the members of the group at the American Embassy here, after which they will meet the Israeli Chief of Staff, Gen. Chaim Laskov, and Prime Minister David Ben Gurion. They will meet the Premier at his home at Sdeh Boker.
