A suggestion that the rabbinate forbid the use of fish for the Sabbathe that is imported from Russia as a counter-repression to the religious persecution was considered at a meeting of the rabbinate today. Following a discussion it was decided to postpone the issuance of a decree pending information as to the fate of the Minsk rabbis.
