Suicides in Germany occur more frequently among Jews than non-Jews, according to data published today by the Reichs Representation of Jews in Germany.

The conclusion is based on a study of the causes of 14,083 deaths made by two procumbent Jewish medical research workers, Dr. Franz Goldman, a former official of the Reich Ministry of Interior, and Dr. Goerg Wolff, former statistician of the Berlin Health Department.

Dr. Goldman and Dr. Wolff were especially interested in ascertaining whether there were any special causes of mortality among Jews which could be ascribed to inherited peculiarities.
