Swiss banking regulators agreed to let member banks publish the names of 26,000 more dormant accounts that might be linked to Holocaust victims. The Swiss Federal Banking Commission said that as a result of this move, plans for distributing a $1.25 billion settlement that Swiss banks had agreed to in 1998 should come soon.
