Swiss banks and Jewish representatives are expected to finalize in the coming days the details of a $1.25 billion settlement agreement reached last year, sources involved in the settlement said. After the agreement settling Holocaust-era claims is nailed down, Federal District Judge Edward Korman is expected to appoint an outside attorney to review competing proposals for how to distribute the moneys.
