Reports reaching the newspaper La Suisse from the Swiss border town of Chiasso on the Italian frontier state that 10,000 Jews have been arrested by the Germans in the industrial centers of Milan, Genoa and Turin. The arrested Jews, the report says, have been sent to concentration camps.

A report received here from Polish sources states that several hundred Jews are now working in labor camps in the Cracow district. The city of Cracow, this report says, has few Jews. Polish inhabitants of the city are being transferred to the Podogorze ghetto from which all Jews have been expelled.

Hungarian newspapers report that in his recent address in parliament concerning the number of Jews fleeing into Hungary, and emigrating from it, the Minister of the Interior asserted that 50 Jews are leaving for Palestine every month.
