Switzerland published on the Internet the names of 580 non-Swiss citizens whose Holocaust-era assets in Swiss banks were donated to charity in the 1970s. Individuals have until Sept. 30 to apply for some of the $2 million in funds. The names are listed on www.switzerland.taskforce.ch
