Dr. Julius Mark, president of the Synagogue Council of America, said today upon his return from Israel that he negotiated there to send the Dead Sea Scrolls to New York for exhibition at the 1964 World’s Fair. The Dead Sea Scrolls are currently housed in the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
