The Daily Orange, student publication of Syracuse University, has named Kalman Druck of Carbondale, Pa., editor-in-chief and Miss Helen Cohen of Glens Falls, N. Y., editorialist.
The annual Jewish Welfare Campaign in Syracuse officially opened here last night (Monday) with a rally at the Temple Society of Concord. Dr. Mark Heiman is campaign chairman; Irving Shimberg and Mrs. George Greenberg are vice-chairmen in charge of men’s and women’s teams.
The new Masada officers for the ensuing year are: A. S. Menter, president; S. R. Goldman, vice-president; I. H. Katz, treasurer and M. B. Swartz, secretary.
