Syria indicated it is ready to resume negotiations with Israel without pre-conditions. In a series of messages that reached Israel via American intermediaries, Syrian President Bashar Assad said Damascus is prepared to renew negotiations with Israel “at any time,” the Israeli daily Ma’ariv reported.
