A request that 31 ORT projects in Rumania receive (##)ate subsidies was made here by Dr. Aron Syngalowski, executive co-chairman of the (##)rld ORT Union, in an interview with M. Stoilov, Rumanian Minister in Paris.
The ORT representative pointed out that similar subsidies were being granted by (##)her European nations where the organization maintained schools and training (##)ters. He informed the minister of the ORT’s desire to establish an agricultural (##)aining center in Rumania if the government would supply about 25 acres of land as (##)site. Stoilov promised favorable action.
