Paul Bomani, Tnaganyika Finance Minister, returned from Israel today and announced details of plans for expenditure of a $2,800,000 credit negotiated with Israel last week. He said that, under the agreement, Israel will provide machinery and funds for an irrigation project, for a government housing project and for a luxury tourist hotel overlooking the Dar-Es-Salaam harbor.
