Myron C. Taylor, American vice-chairman of the Intergovernmental Refugee Committee, left for the United States today on the Normandie. Mr. Taylor has been in Europe since early in May, when he organized the 32-power conference convoked by President Roosevelt to facilitate emigration of political refugees from European countries.
